In had a great time here! We stayed approximately 2 weeks! Diego was an amazing help from the beginning to sending me any requests videos pics and etc to make sure my family and I were going to be comfortable for our stay. I honestly cannot remember the other gentleman but he was there majority of our stay he was also an amazing help! (Sorry for not remembering) I believe he is the one in charge. It’s close to downtown Durango which I loved we were able to walk and they even recommended places to try out. Breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the kitchen are lovely! I had no issues at all… I stayed in the apartment complex that’s has 4 beds. No crazy noise or traffic. I know where to go when I come back! I strongly recommend this hotel! I know ideally people tend to write negative reviews but no place is perfect and they tend to give the positive in it… I would like to thank all of the staff there for being so tentative.

Location is good. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. However the rooms aren't nice. We paid for two rooms, the exact same type as per their advertisement. They both cost the same but one was significantly bigger than the other and one had water stains on the walls. I recommend this place if location is important, as it was for us. But I'd advise to make a clear request for a room with windows.

The first room they gave us was not even finished being remodeled & it was dirty. The drain for the shower was clogged & restroom wasn't clean. There were no towels. They moved us to a different room upstairs which was somewhat better but still dirty. The a/v & heater did not work. There were no towels. We had to keep ask for towels multiple times. Checkout is at 12pm & the maintenance people were trying to kick us out 20 mins before. Would have gone to a different hotel but they were all booked.

The hotel advertises a pool and we called ahead to see if it is in use. They said yes. When we got there it was NOT in use. We tried in the evening and the next morning... No success. Their idea of fixing that issue is an attempt at upselling a room with a jacuzzi, not getting their pool running. The rooms are a bit dingy, dirty walls, no windows. The AC dripped water on my leg. It made a puddle in the room. This is a hotel that has potential but just does not rise to a 4 star or above level like they want to claim. On the up side they have a functional gym and the breakfast is okay.

We booked this hotel for a few days and ended up leaving after the first night. The rooms were so dirty, stains everywhere, no hot water to shower, and broken windows. The wifi and tv signal never worked. It felt sketchy all around. Would never recommend or come back. They do not issue refunds so beware
